 Misha has consulted to the U.S. State Department, International Organization for Migration and the Government of Russia on the development of services for migrants into the Russian Federation. He has provided consultation and staff training to social service agencies, including the Travelers’ Aid Society and the Public Aid Department of the State of Illinois, Atlanta Jewish Federation, Pittsburgh Jewish Federation, Jewish Family Services and Jewish Vocational Services, Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, New York and Philadelphia Jewish Services, Toronto Federation of Jewish Philanthropies and Jewish Vocational Services, New York City Board of Education, Latin- American Federation and Baruch College.
